Shipping

  • We Offer Standard Domestic Shipping.

  • Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Refunds or exchanges are only eligible for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Clothing:

    • Wrong Size or Duplicate Order: If you receive the wrong size or a duplicate order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a refund or exchange.

    • Other Issues: For other issues with clothing items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for assistance.

  • Journals, Books, and Tumblers: These items are non-refundable.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at manifestwithteshia@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong size.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Exchanges: We will process your exchange as soon as possible. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or a store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a replacement or refund.
