My Story
Between July 2021 and February 2022, I experienced the profound loss of eight loved ones, each dear to my heart. This period was marked by unexpected and traumatic events, beginning with the passing of my godmother, who was like a second mother to me. Following her, my mother succumbed to COVID-19, a devastating blow as she was the only family member to not survive the virus. The losses continued with the passing of close family members and friends, including my principal and supportive frat brother, each leaving a significant impact on my life.
Amidst this grief, I found solace in sharing my journey. Encouraged by my frat brother's words, I embraced the role of a motivational speaker. Through therapeutic conversations and live Facebook sessions, I began discussing the ABCs of experiencing life, love, and loss. These discussions eventually led to my talk show, "Manifest Life with Teshia," where I connected with a live audience to share my experiences.

Guided by my faith, I strive to manifest what God has spoken, believing in the power of His words. This journey of healing and discovery has inspired the creation of a life affirmation book and journal. Through these endeavors, I aim to inspire others to find strength in brokenness and recognize the blessings of being used by God.

Teshia has a prayer group with her family, where she pours out her love and prays to God on the family’s behalf and seeks his guidance. In her free time, she enjoys cherishing moments with her daughter, Raelyn,and finding inspiration in everyday life. Her unwavering faith and commitment to her calling make her a beacon of light to not only her family, but to all who cross her path.
